Southern Indiana Section Meetings

Posted: Jan 12, 2018

The Southern Indiana Section is restarting activity.  The Section leadership team has developed several informative and interesting opportunities to meet.

The first Southern Section Technical Meeting is Tuesday, January 23.  The topic is Machine Reliability and Life Cycle and will be presented by a representative from Rockwell Automation.  This will be a deep dive into to the design, installation and utilization of industrial automation safeguarding technology.  With the ever increasing reliance of industry, and society as a whole, on automated and autonomous equipment, safeguarding is a hot topic for safety professionals.  This is a chance to hear from experts regarding making such equipment safe today and in the future!

The meeting will be at the Faurecia facility located at 950W 450S Columbus, IN 47201.  Lunch will be provided.  Feel free to bring a non-member who has interest in the topic or ASSE membership.
