Salary Range: $38,790.00 - $53,307.00 /year
This position is part of Department of Army's Civilian Management Training Program. Incumbent carries out limited assignments, in any area of the industrial hygiene program, selected to accomplish program objectives and to expand the incumbent's training and experience in the various phases of the program. Performs duties related to the identification and evaluation of conditions in the workplace which may adversely affect the health of employees at military commands within a region. All selectees must attend a mandatory 15 week formal training course located at Ft. Rucker, AL. TDY expenses will be paid for the duration of the course.
Basic Requirements:
Degree: Industrial hygiene; or a branch of engineering, physical science, or life science that included 12 semester hours in chemistry, including organic chemistry, and 18 additional semester hours of courses in any combination of chemistry, physics, engineering, health physics, environmental health, biostatistics, biology, physiology, toxicology, epidemiology, or industrial hygiene. Courses in history or teaching of chemistry are not acceptable.

Successful candidate will be home-based in SOUTH CENTRAL Indiana and MUST RESIDE within 20 miles of the BLOOMINGTON, IN area.
